Hi there! I am a certified Personal Trainer and Mobility Specialist here in Austin, TX. I also have decades of experience teaching yoga, kickboxing, rock climbing, and music along with practicing Thai Massage and being a parent. I specialize in making fitness fun and accessible for all types of people, in order to create more consistency. My own experiences with ADHD, as well as having children on the spectrum, has heavily influenced the style in which I train myself and others and the compassion I have for meeting people where they are at!
